The Ricoh C4 is a product that, when integrated with a Ricoh printer, becomes an envelope inserting machine. The Ricoh C4 produces its own C4 envelopes from regular paper and can insert up to 10 A4 sheets in a single, fully closed process.

 

When you print envelopes and inserts in sequence, the process is 100% secure. There is no risk of mismatching envelopes and inserts. The address is printed on the envelope (SRA3), followed by the corresponding A4 inserts. The envelope, with its inserts, remains on hold until the next envelope is ready; only then is it moved forward for sealing.
Sealing is done using heat and toner—no additional glue or chemicals are required.
